1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing qqee.asia, creating an account or placing any bet on the QQEE platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms and Conditions in full and that you agree to be bound by them. These terms form a legally binding agreement between you and QQEE. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the platform.

QQEE reserves the right to update these terms at any time. When changes are made, the updated version will be published on this page with a revised date. Continued use of the platform after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically.

2 Eligibility

To register and use QQEE, you must meet all of the following requirements at the time of registration and at all times while your account remains active:

• You must be at least 18 years of age.
• You must be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online betting is not explicitly prohibited by local law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor or immediate family member of an employee of QQEE or any of its affiliated companies.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from QQEE or any affiliated platform.
• You must be acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for any third party.

QQEE may request proof of age or identity at any point. If you are unable to provide satisfactory verification, your account may be suspended until verification is complete. Any winnings accumulated during an unverified period may be withheld pending the outcome of the verification process.

3 Account Registration

Each individual is permitted to hold only one QQEE account. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same payment method or the same IP address — is strictly prohibited and will result in all associated accounts being suspended.

When registering, you must provide accurate and complete information. This includes your real name, a valid mobile number and a payment method registered in your own name. QQEE does not accept accounts where the registered payment method belongs to a third party.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. QQEE will never ask for your password via email, SMS or live chat. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact QQEE support immediately at [email protected].

• Account details must be kept up to date at all times.
• You must notify QQEE immediately if your registered mobile number changes.
• QQEE is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access caused by your failure to secure your credentials.
• Accounts that have been inactive for 12 consecutive months may be subject to a monthly dormancy fee as outlined in the fee schedule.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

QQEE supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad and Rocket. All transactions must be made using a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party payments are not accepted under any circumstances and will be returned, less any applicable processing fees.

Deposits are credited to your QQEE account in real time once confirmed by the payment provider. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed at the point of transaction and may vary depending on the payment method selected.

Withdrawal requests are processed in real time during normal operating hours. QQEE targets a processing time of under two minutes for all withdrawal requests. However, QQEE reserves the right to delay a withdrawal for up to 48 hours if additional verification is required. Withdrawals will only be sent to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit.

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳200 (subject to change — check the cashier for current limits).
• QQEE does not charge withdrawal fees on its end, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

QQEE offers bonuses and promotional rewards to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms that will be clearly stated at the time the bonus is offered. By claiming any bonus, you agree to the associated terms.

Bonus funds are credited separately from your real-money balance. Wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds or any winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. The standard wagering requirement is displayed on each promotion page and typically ranges from 10x to 30x the bonus amount.

• Only one welcome bonus is available per player, per household and per device.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or exchanged for cash directly.

• If QQEE determines that a bonus has been claimed fraudulently or in bad faith, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited and the account may be suspended.

6 Game Rules and Fairness

All games available on QQEE operate under a provably fair system. Before each round begins, the server generates a cryptographic seed and publishes its hash. After the round concludes, the original seed is revealed so that any player can independently verify that the result was determined before the bet was placed. QQEE cannot alter game outcomes after a round has started.

Each game on QQEE has its own set of rules, which are accessible from within the game interface. It is your responsibility to read and understand the rules of any game before placing a bet. QQEE is not liable for losses resulting from a player's misunderstanding of game rules.

• Bets placed are final once confirmed. QQEE cannot reverse a confirmed bet.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on QQEE. Engaging in any of these activities will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Using automated software, bots or scripts to place bets or interact with the platform.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches or errors for financial gain. Any winnings obtained through exploitation will be voided.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
• Providing false information during registration or verification.
• Attempting to access another player's account without authorisation.
• Placing bets on behalf of a third party or operating as an agent for other players.
• Using VPNs or other tools to circumvent geographic restrictions or account suspensions.

8 Responsible Gaming

In cases of account closure due to a breach of these terms, QQEE reserves the right to withhold any remaining balance pending investigation. If the investigation confirms a breach, the balance may be forfeited in full.

11 Limitation of Liability

QQEE provides the platform on an "as is" basis. While QQEE makes every effort to ensure the platform is available and functioning correctly at all times, QQEE does not guarantee uninterrupted access and is not liable for losses resulting from:

• Platform downtime, maintenance windows or technical failures beyond QQEE's reasonable control.
• Delays or failures in payment processing caused by third-party payment providers.
• Losses resulting from a player's own decisions, including betting decisions.
• Unauthorised access to a player's account resulting from the player's failure to secure their credentials.
• Force majeure events including natural disasters, government actions or internet infrastructure failures.

12 Changes to Terms

QQEE may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, QQEE will notify registered players via email or an in-platform notification at least 7 days before the changes take effect, where reasonably practicable. Minor clarifications or corrections may be made without prior notice.

The date at the top of this page reflects when the terms were last updated. If you do not agree with any changes to the terms, you must stop using the platform and close your account before the changes take effect. Continued use of QQEE after the effective date of any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
